About Us

ABBA's Family Thrift Store in King, NC recently opened. We are excited to serve the King community!

Hours of Operation

9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday and Saturday

Welcomed Items

Clothing: all gently used women's, men's and children's clothing, including shoes and
accessories

Household: all gently used domestic items such as towels, sheets, curtains, comforters, etc. dishes,
housewares, books, CDs, DVDs, records, tapes, etc.

Knick-knacks: items you would find in the kitchen and bathrooms, pictures, toys, games, baskets,
sporting goods, tools, etc

Appliances & Electronics: all items that are in good working order. Please make sure the item works
before donating.

Furniture: all gently used furniture without unsightly stains, rips or odors.

Collectibles, Jewelry, Antiques

Boats, RVs and Automobiles

Stocks, Bonds, Real Estate and Other Investments

Unfortunately We Cannot Accept:

Mattresses & box springs (because they have to be sanitized to be sold)

Building Materials (carpet, doors, windows, toilets, lumber, bricks, stones, etc.)

TVs that are not cable ready

Built-in appliances including water heaters

Encyclopedia sets / out of date textbooks

Car seats or other items frequently recalled by the CSPC (due to liability)

Automobile parts

Paint, chemicals and other hazardous or toxic substances

Anything that does not work as intended

Directions: ABBA's Family Thrift Store is conveniently located in King, NC just off Hwy 52 (Future I-74), only 15 minute north of I-40 and Winston-Salem.

From the North: Hwy 52 South from Mt. Airy to Exit 123. Turn left and we are in the second shopping center on the right.

From the South: Hwy 52 North from Winston-Salem to Exit 123. Turn right and we are in the second shopping center on the right.
